Tropical Fruit Salsa

1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 banana
½ cup kiwi, peeled, sliced, and quartered (1-2 kiwis)
¼ cup chopped red or green bell peppers
1 small jalapeno pepper, stemmed and seeded
2 green onions with tops (about ½ cup thinly sliced)
2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, snipped (optional)
1 lime

Place pineapple and juice in small bowl. Slice banana and kiwi, cut into quarters. Chop bell pepper and jalapeno pepper. Slice green onions. Snip cilantro or parsley in desired. Juice lime, to get 1 tbsp juice. Add all ingredients to pineapple in batter bowl, mix gently
