3 cups bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage or medium
1 (12 oz) package cheddar cheese
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Form into small bite size balls. Freeze. When ready to use, put as many as needed on cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or less.
